Los Angeles
Roof Maxx and roof coatings across Los Angeles
From Atwater Village to Pacoima to the Westside, we treat asphalt shingle roofs that have dried out and coat flat and low-slope roofs that are past patching. Same crew, same documentation, same licensed contractor as our Ventura County work.

Treatment day looks the same here
A Roof Maxx treatment is a one-day visit. The crew tarps what needs protecting, sprays the roof from ridge to eave, and is off the property by afternoon. Nothing is torn off, nothing goes in a dumpster, and the roof is walkable the same day.

When the answer is a coating instead
A roof that has lost too much shingle to treat — or a flat roof that was never shingle — gets a restoration coating: a seamless film over the whole surface that stops the leaks and reflects the heat. We did exactly that on an apartment building in Northridge, start to finish, in September.

Working in the city
Parking and access
We plan where the rig goes before the day, and the street is clear when we leave.
Permits where the city wants them
We confirm what your city requires before the scope is written, not after.
Insurance letters
If your carrier or the FAIR Plan sent a roof notice, start with our insurance page. The documentation we leave behind is written for the reinspector.
