Service areas
We work across Ventura County out of Camarillo, and we go where the work takes us — Ojai, Malibu, Glendale, and Beverly Hills among them. If you are not sure whether your address is on our route, call and ask.
Where we have been on a roof
525 inspections since 2024, every one of them a roof we actually got on, placed at neighborhood scale rather than at an address.
Cities we cover regularly
Same crews everywhere on this list. What changes city to city is what the weather has been doing to the roof, and that changes what we are looking for when we get up there.
Camarillo
Home base, and the city we have been on more roofs in than any other. The marine layer sits over this side of the county most mornings, so roofs here stay damp longer than the inland tracts and pick up algae and lichen years sooner. It is also planned-community country — whole streets built in one go, which means whole streets of roofs arriving at the end of their life in the same couple of years.
Simi Valley
The hot end of our territory and a Santa Ana corridor, which is a rough combination for asphalt: a summer of thermal cycling, then wind looking for any tab that has stopped sealing. Most of the granule loss, nail pops, and old mastic patches photographed on this site were found on Simi roofs. Our Roof Maxx dealership started here, which is why the Google listing still carries the Simi Valley name.
Thousand Oaks
Oak canopy and hillside lots, so the trouble here tends to start in the valleys and behind the chimneys where leaf litter dams water up, rather than out in the open field. A lot of these houses are pitched shingle with one nearly flat piece attached — a porch, a deck, a back addition — and that piece needs a different answer from the rest of the roof. There is a house here that took both systems in one visit, photographed on the coatings page.
Moorpark
Inland and dry, with newer tract housing at one end of town and older ranch properties at the other, and the two are very different conversations. The tracts are mostly still at the age where a treatment is on the table. The ranch roofs are more often tile, where the tile is fine and the underlayment beneath it has quietly outlived its service life.
Oxnard
Salt air off the water and agricultural dust off the fields, which goes after fasteners and flashing metal well before it goes after shingle. Oxnard also carries more low-slope commercial roofing than anywhere else we work, out in the business parks, and that is coating and maintenance work rather than tear-off. The half-rolled coating photograph on the coatings page was taken here.
Ventura
Older housing stock than most of the county and squarely in the marine layer, so we find more organic growth here and more roofs that were already finished when the last owner sold. Ventura also has a real concentration of manufactured-home parks, and those are their own kind of roof — low slope, metal panels, carports, and a park office that wants the scope in writing before anyone starts.
Newbury Park
Inside Thousand Oaks city limits, which is why the map above folds it into Thousand Oaks instead of pinning it separately. What makes it its own conversation is the wildland edge: houses backing onto open space collect more debris in the valleys, and the roof is the part of the house that an ember cares about first. Same crews, same drive, same day.
Westlake Village
Planned, largely HOA-governed, and split across the Ventura and Los Angeles county line, so the answer here usually has to satisfy a board as well as a homeowner. Uniform appearance is normally written into the governing documents, which is exactly where a restoration coating earns its place — it can bring a run of buildings to one color without a phased tear-off. We work both sides of the line.

Outside the county
Insurance work in particular has taken us into Los Angeles County. A FAIR Plan notice does not care about county lines, and neither do we — ask and we will tell you whether the drive makes sense for your job.
Beverly Hills is the one we get asked about most, because the pitch up there rules out half the companies that quote it.
