Privacy

We are a roofing contractor. We collect what we need to come look at your roof and call you back about it, and nothing else. This page says exactly what that is.

What the assessment form asks for

  • Your name, phone number, and email address
  • The address of the property, so we know which roof we are looking at
  • Roof type, roof age, and whether there are active leaks
  • What prompted the call, and anything you type into the notes box
  • A letter from your insurer, if you choose to attach one

The property address is the one piece we cannot work without. It never appears anywhere public — not in a caption, not in a photo, not on the map.

Where it goes

Into our own inbox and into the scheduling system we use to keep track of who is waiting on a call. That is the whole distribution list. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to a lead broker, and we do not run it through an advertising network.

Submitting the form does not sign you up for texts. It does not book a slot on a calendar. A person reads it and calls the number you left.

Once we have quoted or done work, the record stays with the job the way any contractor keeps a customer file. Call (805) 787-3639 and ask us to delete it and we will.

What this site does not do

  • No analytics. We do not count you, and nobody counts you on our behalf.
  • No advertising pixels and no remarketing tags.
  • No cookies set by us. Nothing follows you to the next site you visit.
  • No mailing list. There is nothing here to unsubscribe from.

What loads from somewhere else

Two things on this site are served by other companies, which means your browser makes a request to them and they can see it. Both are limited to the page they appear on:

  • OpenStreetMap supplies the base map tiles wherever the inspection map appears.
  • Wistia hosts the two product videos on the rejuvenation page. Those players load only on that page.

Fonts and images are served from this site rather than from a third party, so visiting a page does not tell anyone else that you did.

Photos of roofs

Every job photo published here has had its GPS coordinates and camera metadata removed before it went up. That is not a habit, it is a check that runs on every build — a coordinate left in a file fails the build and the site does not ship.

Captions name a city and the work. Never a street, never a house number, never a customer. Where a frame showed a neighbor's window, a license plate, or a badge with a name on it, we cropped it out or left the frame on the cutting-room floor.

If a roof of yours is on this site and you would rather it were not, call and it comes down. You do not have to explain why.

The inspection map

The map plots 525 real inspections, and every coordinate is rounded before it is published — to about 110 meters, which is a neighborhood rather than a house. The map will not zoom past level 13, and the rounding is done to the data rather than to the viewport, so reading the page source gets you the same blunt numbers the map shows. Pins are labeled by city and nothing else.

If you are in California

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, and ask us to delete it. Call (805) 787-3639 or use the form and say so in the notes. We will not treat you differently for asking, because there is nothing here we are monetizing.

We do not sell or share personal information, in the ordinary sense of those words or in the sense the California Consumer Privacy Act uses.
